“One of my favorite things about working at NNGE is helping the Navajo Nation create and build a successful economy and to create opportunities for future generations to come,” Leland said. He added, “Another favorite thing is the opportunities that NNGE has provided me to grow in my business profession, as well as my personal life.
As for achieving success, Leland says “You must be able to take care of yourself: Your mind, body and spirit because you are most important to you. It is not easy by any means. But, if you are willing to put in the hard work, it will pay off.”
“Challenge yourself and set goals. Know what you want and where you want to be, because that gives you direction. And, stay humble,”
